Pluto's only moon, Charon, is nearly half its size.  Charon is only 12,204 miles from Pluto, which is very close for a moon.  It takes Charon only six days and nine hours to complete a revolution around Pluto.  Pluto and Charon are so similar, they are often called a "double planet".
