communicate with you on activities on InfoMath's website or products and
services. Monitoring Activities: InfoMath will monitor your activity or activities
on its website for its research purposes and will not share or disclose
such information or detail to third parities with your consent.
Advertisements on its website: InfoMath works with third party companies
for running advertisements on its website. InfoMath does not share any
of the customer information with these third parties.
Username and password: When you submit your order with the username and
password, the order pages confirm your username and password along with
the order information. Your subscription is intended for your use and not
to be used by other parities. Please protect and do not share this
information with other individuals or families.
Subscription System: When you place your
order for the subscription, your credit card will be billed
immediately.
A minimum of one month subscription is required. If you cancel
your subscription during the first month, you will still be
responsible for the first month.
If you have subscribed for a multi-month duration on one-time payment
process, your credit card will be billed for the specified amount.
If you cancel anytime during the subscription period, your subscription
will be canceled for all the future months and your credit card account
will be credited for the balance amount, resulting from the savings for
all the future months.
Product Sales:
When you place your order for software or license, your credit
card will be billed
immediately. Software or License Return
Policy: If you delete your software on your PC and return the
software promptly to InfoMath, Inc. within the 30 day period, along with a
written confirmation of your deletions on your PC, InfoMath will credit to
your card account the purchase price excluding the shipping and handling
